Welcome to Piknowkyo! Piknowkyo ("us", "we", or "our") is a mobile application designed as an invitation to embark on a transformative journey towards self-discovery, inner balance, and overall fulfillment. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Piknowkyo mobile application and all associated services, content, and features (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Piknowkyo offers a rich and personalized suite of wellness tools, including, but not limited to: hypnosis sessions, guided meditations, positive affirmations, metaphorical stories, PNL-based training, and session personalization options (voice choice, background music, ambient sounds, binaural beats, adding your own audio files for personal use within the app). The Service may also include features such as personalization questionnaires, a personal tracking journal, statistics, and personal development games.
The Service is intended for personal development, well-being, relaxation, and spiritual exploration purposes. It does not constitute professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and should not substitute consultation with qualified professionals.
To use certain features of the Service, you will need to sign in using your Google account. By signing in with Google, you authorize us to access certain basic information from your Google account (such as name and email) to facilitate your login, in accordance with the permissions you grant and Google's privacy policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account. Piknowkyo does not store your Google password. Your use of your Google account to access our Service is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Piknowkyo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Service; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (d) upload or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material via any interactive features.
Regarding any feature that allows the submission of content (e.g., adding personal audio files for sessions), you are solely responsible for such content. You represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights to such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. Piknowkyo reserves the right (but has no obligation) to moderate, remove, or refuse any user content that violates these Terms. Personal audio files you add are intended for your exclusive use within your instance of the application and are not shared with other users by Piknowkyo.
Certain features of the Service ("Premium Features") are accessible via a paid monthly subscription. Subscription details, including the price, will be presented in the application before you subscribe.
Payments for subscriptions are managed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. Piknowkyo does not store your full credit card information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the application. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Premium Features until that date, and no charges will be made for the following period.
The Service and its original content (session scripts, design, text, graphics, source code, excluding user-provided content such as the personal audio files you add), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Piknowkyo and its licensors.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you personally submit or upload within the application (e.g., your own audio files for sessions). By uploading them, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you within your account.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.
The Service is provided "AS IS". Piknowkyo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that results obtained from using the Service will meet your specific expectations. The effectiveness of sessions may vary from person to person.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Piknowkyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
