Piknowkyo ("us," "we," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. Our philosophy is to guide you towards awakening and inner harmony. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the limited information about you when you use our Piknowkyo mobile application (the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you log in via your Google account, we access basic profile information (name, email, profile picture if public/authorized) to create and manage your access to the Service. We do not store your Google password. The management of this information is primarily governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
We collect anonymous and aggregated data about your use of the Service (features used, session duration, device type, technical errors). This data includes an anonymized device identifier and may include a truncated IP address. It is used solely for internal analysis, Service improvement, and understanding usage trends. We do not sell this anonymous data.

Piknowkyo does not sell, rent, or trade your personally identifiable information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use Google Sign-In. Google's Privacy Policy applies to your interaction with their services.
For managing our monthly subscriptions, we use the secure payment service Stripe. When you subscribe, the transaction is processed directly by Stripe. Their privacy policy applies to the information you provide for payment.
We may use third-party analytics tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics) that collect anonymous usage data on our behalf to help us improve the Service. These third parties are obligated to protect this data.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we process. However, no method of transmission or storage is foolproof. The security of your Google account is also essential.
Basic Google account information is retained as long as your account is active. Anonymous usage data may be retained longer for analytical purposes. Data stored locally on your device (journal, questionnaires) is under your control.
Regarding Google profile information, you can manage it via your Google account settings. For locally stored data, you manage it directly on your device. You can contact us with any questions about your data.
The Service is intended for a general audience but is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent.
